UH 60 158th AVN BN 5 Aug 82 A/C crashed into bus

Can you provide any media articles or additional information about this A/C going down for me. This was my Bird, I was the CE assigned to the A/C. The crew were my friends. I was on Emgcy leave for a surgery and Liebherr covered for me. This was a horrible time and I've never gotten over it.
I would also like to find out if there is a way I can obtain a copy of the FAA investigation from the accident? Can you provide any guidance on this?
