Wright James A Died in Ft Wolters crash 1968?

Trying to track down more specifics on the training death of James A Wright 2LT Armor in 1967 or 1968.

Site seems to indicate death December 1967 but also has a date of March 1968.

Jim was in the same platoon in OCS that we graduated from just months earlier in September 1967. He was a good friend.

I have a Social Security Death Record saying death 5 Mar 1968 aged 20 would make sense and buried in Portland Oregon.

Have googled this to death so trying this to see if there is something I have missed.

I can't seem to find where his death is noted in December 1967. The March 1968 date is correct as noted on the Osage page.
