Details of April 25, 1972 UH-1H Crash at Fort Campbell

The Tail Number (Aircraft Serial Number) of the UH-1H was 64-13900.
The unit of the aircraft was HHC, 101st Aviation Battalion, 101st Aviation Group, 101st Airborne Division (Airmobile) Fort Campbell, KY.

I have poor quality copies (prints from microfilm) of the accident report (DA Form 2397) and grainy photographs of the scene;
I also have a few other newspaper accounts of the accident and an obituary for Mr. Blanton.
