New to the forum; great site. I was particularly impressed with the research on aircraft losses. My second tour in RVN was with 196th AHSC and you have LT Price and his aircraft loss with all hands.
However, I didn't see one that I expected; we in the 196th were always told about a unit Chinook that was loss with all hands during a CS Chemical Mission where they were rolling 55 gal barrels out the back using almost a "depth charge" type rack.
This would have been sometime after the unit arrived in RVN in Jan 67 and well before I arrived in April 68.
Anyone know of this loss of a aircraft, crew and some ROK soldiers? This was significant to me since my crew and I almost lost it on a very similar mission near An Khe in Mar of 69.
Thanks!

Ken, Thanks for the info. I'm certain that there are still some Vietnam losses that are still not yet listed and I'm working on getting them all included. I will search to see if I can find this one in particular to get it added.
