B Trp 4/9 Cav from late 83 until we became 2/6 Cav when the Apaches arrived. Was with B trp until I left Germany in early 89. Flew Scouts and eventually became trp IP. Was good friends with both Lavon "Goose" Godwin and Les Baggett until the days they died. Miss them to this day. Email is:

I was in C 4/9 from 1982 all the till 1989 in Germany. Of course we became 2/6 and then 11th AVN. I was in the Armt. Shop. E1 when I got there, E6 when I left. E-Mail: splitter26@military.com

Aloha, I was in C 4/9 in 1984 until I switched to the 502nd. I was a Cobra C.E. for about 9 months. I remember the first Sgt. We called him B.O.R. We went to Daggett airfield in Ca in 1984....same time the Olypics were happening in L.A. Then I came back and was switched to the 502nd. and went to Central America.....  Adobo2@earthlink.net |
