For the Blackhawk crash that occurred 11 mar 1986 in Alabama. One of the students on board was my friends WO1 Stan Harris.
For the Blackhawk crash that occurred in Germany on 3 October 1986 the CP was my friend WO1 Phillip (Phil) Lara.

For the OH-58 Crash on 6 September 1991 in Colorado. The Pilot was WO1 Ray Bushey.
The Observer was SSGT Randy W.?

As for the blackhawk that crashed in Germany 3 October 1986, The A/C was owned by the 8th infantry. I also have the tail number and crash photos if interested.

As a flight crewmember with the 61st Avn. Co., Vietnam, 1963-'64, I was well aware of a Caribou (CV-2B) crash that took the lives of 15 Army personnel. The crewchief was a good friend of mine and I'd like to see information about this crash entered. How do I go about that?
